Sportive Activity:
- 1985 - I started practicing volleyball at 12 years old at Clubul Sportiv Scolar "Nicu Gane" from Falticeni.
- 1988 - with this team I obtained the 5th position at the National Championship of Secondary Schools.
- 1990 - 4th position at the National Championship of Juniors II and we had for many years on a row occupied the 1st and 2nd positions in the Eastern series of the National Championship of Juniors of Romania.
- 1991 - I was declared the best volleyball player of the year from the department of Suceava.
- 1992-1995 - I played at the "Nicolina" Club from Iasi in the B Division (2nd League) of Romania.
- 1993-1994 - component of the volleyball team of the University "Al. I. Cuza" from Iasi, occupying the 4th position at two editions of the University National Championships.
- 1997 - 2nd position at Fanta Beachvolleyball Cup Iasi.
- 2001 - 1st position at Fanta Beachvolleyball Cup Iasi

Experience Highlights:
October 1996 - up to now - University assistant at the University "Al. I. Cuza" Iasi, Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, Department of Sportive Games.
Permanently appointed at the Volley discipline and Volley Specialization (also appointed as head of the beach volleyball discipline).
Within all this period I conceived, guided and published numerous scientific studies in the field of volleyball in the country and abroad.
Within the period 2002-2003 I was the head coach of the volleyball team Penicilina Iasi, a team, which is in the First League of Romania, winner of the Romanian Cup, participant in Top Teams Cup.
